STRIDE offers a unique mix of internship and full-time programs to students from top-notch fashion institutes and business schools. With full-time programs, Business Management Trainees, Fashion Trainees, and Finance Trainees take up the mantle of innovation and dive headfirst into key focus areas like E-commerce, Digital, Small-town India, and New Categories such as Ethnic.

The Next Top Designer (NTD) contest, an annual spectacle, takes center stage to celebrate the artistic brilliance of the rising stars. This hallowed platform not only showers participants with generous prize money but also propels them into the spotlight of enticing employment opportunities. In the past year alone, four participants were hired through the NTD contest, thus encouraging fresh talent to flourish in the fashion industry. Witnessing the dreams of young designers take flight is a testament to the boundless potential of the youth.
