Carpe Diem, in Latin, refers to motivating people to make the most of the present, without worrying too much about what the future holds. On that note, every year at ABFRL, we celebrate our employees behind our year-long successes, with the carefree spirit of Carpe Diem. Our biggest and most exciting event of the year is always a resounding success, as we welcome the families of our ABRFL family.
With the vibrant theme of Hawaiian Luau, the folks who helped building the top clothing brands in India, and their families, were dressed in a bright cocktail of colours. Carpe Diem 2020, which was celebrated on the 14th of Feb, 2020 saw over 2000 people in attendance, with wide smiles and namastes to proactively maintain safety at the event.
The celebrations kicked off with a warm welcome from Mr.Vishak Kumar, CEO Madura Fashion and Lifestyle, as he invited the families to the fun-filled activities of the day.
Children enjoyed to their hearts content with the larger-than-life bouncy castle, human foosball and vector games, at a dedicated kiddies-corner. Keeping their tastes and choices in mind, the kids could feast on cotton candy, popcorn, and sweet delicacies from a delectable chocolate fountain!
Not to let the adults feel left out, there were a plethora of carnival games including pass-the-ring and shoot-the-balloon to try their hand at. The entire venue had delicious food and drinks to relax with as well.
As evening descended on the Bangalore Skies, renowned local DJs, Hassan & Jiten, made the entire crowd sway with their energetic and foot-thumping music; giving our hard working employees a chance to celebrate and let their hair down.
The dusk turned to a sparkling night with a two-hour live performance by the band Euphoria! Our enthusiastic folks were seen thronging the stage to witness the captivating melodies of original and some famous Bollywood numbers by the band.
With fun, laughter, games, dancing and singing all around, Carpe Diem really did allow people behind the top fashion brands to enjoy an unforgettable night.
